The satisfaction of our clients is the best guarantee of our leadership and development in our activity. To achieve this, it is necessary to know the real needs of our customers and to provide them with the appropriate services to satisfy their most demanding requirements.

At SERVIFUND&MOL, S.L. we have developed and implemented a Quality Management System based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 reference standard, with the participation, involvement and collaboration of the entire team.

Our quality system is based on the following points:

QUALITY DEPARTMENT

The quality department is responsible for guaranteeing and controlling the quality of all our processes and products. All our products go through a meticulous system of checks, from the analysis of the raw material to the machine and end-of-batch checks, so that they can be accompanied by a quality certificate, ensuring that our product arrives at its destination with total guarantee and traceability.

CONTROLS DURING THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

  • Control of the reception of raw materials.
  • Continuous control of the melting temperature.
  • Monitoring of customer specifications by means of an internal technical sheet.
  • Final check on dispatch of parts.

CONTROLS ON FINISHED PARTS

  • Control of chemical composition, with optical emission spectrometer by spark discharges.
  • Dimensional control with multiple measuring equipment: height gauges, calipers, caliper gauges, radius gauges, etc.
  • We have also been working closely for many years with external laboratories to carry out metallographic tests, work tests, mechanical tests, X-ray tests, liquid penetrant tests, etc.

Among the tests carried out, we highlight the following:

  • Spectrometer (analysis of chemical composition)
  • Durometer (hardness analysis of raw material and product)
  • Dimensional control

We have a calibration programme for all our equipment, guaranteed by an application calendar together with the corresponding register.

ALUMINIUM ALLOYS

We know that each project is unique and requires a specific alloy to obtain optimum results. To achieve this, we have a wide range of aluminium alloys that give you the freedom to make the best choices for your product.

Aluminium alloy characteristics:

We work with aluminium alloys based on the UNE-EN 1706 Standard, all our material is of high quality from approved suppliers of the best quality at national level.

STAINLESS ALLOYS

Other interesting aluminium alloys are the stainless alloys, AG3, used in the food industry or for parts that require subsequent anodising.
