Family business since 1998

Welcome to SERVIFUND&MOL, S.L., a family business located in Rubí (Barcelona), dedicated to the manufacture of aluminium alloy castings. After more than 20 years of experience, our aluminium foundry incorporates the techniques of gravity casting and die casting.

Thanks to our totally flexible structure, our high production capacity and our ability to adapt to specific needs, we have established ourselves as a versatile aluminium foundry with high quality standards at the most competitive prices.

We offer a complete service, in which we take responsibility for the entire process, from the manufacture of the moulds or shells that are necessary, as well as the finishing of parts in all the operations requested.

We obtain highly demanding surface finishes, such as polished or chrome finishes, for those parts destined for demanding decorative coatings.

OUR HISTORY

2024

Expansion of our machinery park.

Installation of a new 250Tn aluminium injection machine.

This allows us to increase our manufacturing capacity.

2019

Installation of machinery for the manufacture of moulds, which allows us to build gravity moulds on site. This allows us to offer more competitive prices and a better service.

ISO 9001:2015

Adaptation to the new version of the ISO 9001 standard, obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification.

The quality management system is more mature and effective. It is a strategic factor in SERVIFUND&MOL, S.L.’s culture.

We are proud to continue to evolve, to face new challenges.

ISO 9001:2008 certification, awarded by the Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification, AENOR.

This recognition demonstrates SERVIFUND&MOL’s ability to provide products and services that meet the requirements of our customers, legal and other applicable requirements. And it was a reward for the effort developed during the previous years.

New facilities in Rubí

Relocation to the current facilities in Rubí.

The production capacity was extended to gravity die-casting and new machines were incorporated for aluminium injection moulding. We soon began supplying other companies, consolidating our position in what is now our core business: gravity and injection moulding of aluminium parts.

Relocation to Cabrera de Mar

Relocation to the facilities in Cabrera de Mar.

New machines and equipment for gravity die-casting aluminium alloys are introduced. During these years, the art of aluminium die-casting was acquired and experience gained.

Start of activity

The company was founded in 1998 by the Estrella de Haro family, who had been working in the sector for more than 40 years.

In its beginnings, it was conceived to supply aluminium parts always under high quality requirements. The first installations were in a workshop in Montmeló.

FACILITIES

We are located in Rubí, 20 km west of Barcelona. We have a perfect logistical location and proximity to distribute our products both in Spain and throughout Europe.

Today, we have 2,100 m2 of facilities divided between the mould workshop, foundry, second operations, mechanical workshop, offices, warehouse and dispatch. We have our own means of transport
